Traditional MeditationsMeditation has been practiced for as far back as the ancient records can document. There are many forms of meditation, but many find that a guided meditation practice is one of the more focused ways to truly connect with the inner messages, as well as to fully allow a specific message to be deeply “heard” in the inner self.
I love Paula Robbins’ voice on the Cellular Wisdom meditations — it is soft and angelic, yet also crisp and well-enunciated. She speaks directly to your cells, and it’s no wonder that they listen. I love all 4 of the meditations, but listen most often to the Peace & Serenity one. After hearing it so often, I find that I can even reproduce it in my imagination at night when I’m falling asleep. I would highly recommend these meditations because of the content and the beautiful way in which they are delivered.
Paula’s voice, the music and the concepts waft in and out of my sleepy, or sometimes sleepless mind and bring great comfort and quick release into restful sleep. If I am agitated or just wish to achieve a meditative state, the option for just having the music available is also a wonderful experience.
I often listen to her You Are Prosperous which sets the perfect tone for my day… being open, being grateful for what I have, and to let color, light and happiness into my life. I don’t know exactly where or who I would be today if it not for Paula. For me, she made the world a beautiful place again!
I easily relaxed into Paula’ meditations, finding them so positive and helpful.
These meditations are really useful-not too long, so you can listen when you have time for a break but long enough to really be effective. I love Paula’s voice, and the issues she works with are really helpful. I’m happy to go back to them often. -Anne
I have listened to a number of guided visualizations and the Cellular Wisdom ones are my favorite. Paula’s voice is very soft and soothing and easy to listen to. Some peoples who do guided visualization, their voices get annoying after a while but I could listen to Paula all day. These visualizations help me relax and are great for helping me get to sleep.
I have enjoyed all four of these meditations but especially Serenity. I often listen to it before I go to sleep and enjoy deeper more restful sleep as a result. The meditations are not too long which has always put me off as a beginner/novice meditator! I really enjoy the sense of calm that I feel after listening.
Well produced so not distracted by background or poor quality sound issues while listening. I am enjoying using on a daily basis.
The Cellular Wisdom meditations are unlike anything else available in the recorded meditation world. In this series, the messages are spoken directly to the cells in the body, therefore connecting at both the subconscious as well as the cellular level.
